Group Account Manager

Our team is seeking a dynamic Group Account Manager who will help grow the brand both strategically and creatively.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital marketing and technology. The candidates need to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Drive all brand-related campaigns across various channels like social media, e-mail, search & display advertising campaigns.
  •  Set digital strategies for your assigned brands, considering their specific requirements
  •  Act as the point of contact for clients for all things related to the management and smooth functioning of accounts and ensuring deliverables are being met.
  •  Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  •  Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  •  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  •  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  •  Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  •  Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  •  Collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners to drive quality output.
  •  Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  •  Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
  •  Strong team management skills with the ability to grow and develop the teams you will lead as well as effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
 
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field
  • Relevant experience of working on marketing projects with leading brands
  • Highly creative and logical while identifying target audiences 
  • Capable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics and sentiment tracking tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Buffer, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English
 
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience of 7+ years in digital marketing, client servicing and team management
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Thorough knowledge of digital media analytics & sentiment tracking tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Buffer, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
